Die Serie der HP Scanjet 5000 Dokumentenscanner mit Einzelblattzuführung wurde für kleine und mittlere Unternehmen konzipiert, die schnelles automatisches beidseitiges Scannen benötigen und auch kleinere Vorlagen (z. B. Ausweiskarten, Belege, Schecks oder Visitenkarten) problemlos erfassen möchten. Merkmale - Benutzerfreundliche Lösung zum ein- oder beidseitigen Scannen von Dokumenten in Schwarzweiß, Graustufen oder Farbe: Bis zu 25 S. bzw. 50 Bilder/Min. Die automatische 50-Blatt-Dokumentenzuführung ermöglicht unbeaufsichtigtes Scannen – bei einem täglichen Scanvolumen von bis zu 1.500 Blatt. - Die HP Smart Document Scan-Software sorgt für effizienteres Scannen. Individuelle Scanprofile erstellen, Bildvorschau abrufen und gescannte Bilder bearbeiten; Scans in verschiedensten Dateiformaten speichern (z. B. PDF oder Microsoft Word) und direkt an E-Mails, Ordner oder Anwendungen senden. - Über die mitgelieferte ScanSoft® PaperPort® Software2 lassen sich auf der Stelle individuelle Dokumentenmanagement-Lösungen erstellen. Alternativ: Integration in ein vorhandenes System mit ISIS®-, TWAIN- und WIA-Treibern. Die I.R.I.S. Readiris Pro OCR-Software wandelt Scans in bearbeitbare Textdateien um.
